چکیده

Aim: Acute pancreatitis (AP) is a frequent reason for patient presentation in emergency department. It hard to assess objectively the grade of disease due wide range clinical signs terms determination need intensive care or surgical intervention. At this stage there not unique, unified scoring system that determines severity disease. In study we aimed compare clinically used AP systems; Ranson, BISAP and Balthazar (CTSI), SIRS predict severity. Material Methods: study, patients were diagnosed by Atlanta criteria analyzed retrospectively. The clinical, laboratory radiological images results using "first 24 hours Ranson", "BISAP" scores. scores calculated from CT reports Results: Age, respiratory rate BUN values with mortality significantly higher than who survived, whereas diastolic blood pressure, systolic SO2 amylase found be lower survived. When 6 month prediction prognostic systems was examined, it score could catch 94% (95% CI: 0.88-0.97), 74.7% 0,66-0,82). Conclusion: Regarding APs prediction, more sensitive specific monthly overall patients.

Comparison of APACHE II and Imrie Scoring Systems in predicting the severity of Acute Pancreatitis

There has been an increasing amount of work worldwide in search for tests not only to be able to absolutely diagnose acute pancreatitis, but more importantly to prognosticate patients at admission. While the tests are still within the realm of research laboratories and involve complex computing and analytical methods, we believed that the already widely practiced methods of scoring needed to be...

Comparison of Existing Clinical Scoring Systems in Predicting Severity and Prognoses of Hyperlipidemic Acute Pancreatitis in Chinese Patients

It is important to identify the severity of acute pancreatitis (AP) in the early course of the disease. Clinical scoring systems may be helpful to predict the prognosis of patients with early AP; however, few analysts have forecast the accuracy of scoring systems for the prognosis in hyperlipidemic acute pancreatitis (HLAP). The purpose of this study was to summarize the clinical characteristic...
